Your use of any information or materials on this Website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your sole responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this Website meet your specific requirements. While using our Site, we may ask you to provide personally identifiable information that is used to identify or contact you. You may be asked for personal information about health and lifestyle that will remain confidential and will only be used for the purpose of providing nutritional support and recommendations to you. By accessing this site, the User agrees that he/she will not insert a hyperlink to this site or any part thereof on any other site or modify, replicate, reproduce, upload, distribute any material from this site on to any other server, site or web page. You may retrieve and display the content of the site on a computer screen, store such content in electronic form on disk (but not any server or other storage device connected to a network) or print one copy of such content for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep intact all and any copyright and proprietary notices. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify copy or distribute or use for commercial purposes any of the materials or content on the site.

Legal Liability

In no event will PicPax Pharmacy or any of its members be liable for any direct or indirect, incidental special, punitive or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, business or profits) arising out of or in connection with this user agreement, the site, the inability to use the site or any advertising or products, services, or information purchased, obtained or stored in the site or from the site, or transactions entered into via the site, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, even if PicPax Pharmacy or any of its staff members has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Users agree to protect, defend and hold inoffensive intentions through acts for PicPax Pharmacy and its staff members from and against any and all losses, suits, rights, demands, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from or relating to (i) their use of the Website; (ii) their breach of this User Agreement or any representations, warranties or covenants made by them herein; or (iii) their violation of any applicable law, statute, ordinance, regulation or any third party’s rights. This obligation survives the termination of this User Agreement.

Payment Details 

On this Site, we do not store, hold or keep any credit card information, payment details, or any sensitive information.  We use a particular UAE based bank and their vetted and approved third party vendor portal. This ensures that your information is used only as necessary and is only accessible to the bank completing the financial transaction for anything you have ordered from the site. If any of your payment information is compromised in any way, We would strongly advise you, in all circumstances to contact and report the matter to your bank or financial institution with whom you have the relevant account. In the event of any unfortunate circumstances, we will respond to any queries and guide you in the best way possible. Please be aware, that although We undertake all measures to avoid your information being compromised there is always a risk that information can be stolen and manipulated. We would therefore always encourage you to regularly follow the guidance from your bank and/or financial institution to minimize the risk of information being capable of being stolen.
By providing a credit card or other payment method that we accept, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your subscription or other purchase (including any applicable taxes and other charges) (collectively, as applicable, an “Order”). Your order may be suspended or canceled if the payment method cannot be verified is invalid, or is otherwise not acceptable. You must resolve any problem we encounter in order to proceed with your order. You can change and update payment information associated with your PicPax account at any time by logging into your account and editing your payment information.


We cannot accept Returns on 'Personalized' items, as these cannot be sold to anyone else unless there has been an error on our part or the product you purchased is defective. 
We have a 14-day return policy if you are not happy with the Products ordered for either home delivery or collection from one of our stores.
In case of home delivery, you can either take the Product(s) to the nearest PicPax Pharmacy along with the original receipt/order confirmation or call the PicPax Call center to arrange for a collection. 
Prior to purchase, make sure that the Products are as per the conditions stated in the returns process below otherwise we reserve the right not to grant any or part refund if these conditions are not met.
In case of click & collect, you can hand over the Product(s) back to the same store. It might take some time for our staff to process the return or refund as they will check with the delivery team regarding the details of your order. We request you to bear with us on this.
In both cases, our staff will first check the eligibility of the returned Product(s) based on the terms and conditions mentioned below. If all conditions are met:
PicPax Pharmacy will first process a replacement of the returned items where possible. Any replacement will be to your original product specification as detailed on your original order.
A refund (or part refund based on the assessment) will only be offered where it is not possible to replace the goods. A refund will be made in the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase. Please note it may take up to 30 days for your bank or card issuer to process the transaction.

Pricing & Availability

All prices are quoted in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED). Except in the case of manifest error, the prices payable for Products that you order are as set out on the site at the time at which you place your order. We reserve the right to not accept an offer to purchase Products by you.
The prices include the value-added tax (VAT) applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the applicable VAT rate will be automatically reflected in the price of products sold by PicPax on the site. 
All credit card payments are subject to validation checks and authorization by the issuer. If the issuer of the credit card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. Your order will remain in your basket for you to source an alternative method of payment however the stock will not be held until you have successfully processed your order payment. If your order value is below 250AED then you may select Cash On Delivery (COD) as a payment option. Your order will still appear in your basket on your next visit but will only be confirmed once the site has conducted a stock availability check. If those particular product items are no longer available then the site will recommend an alternative solution for you to purchase.
The details on the credit card used to make the payment must match the exact ID information of the cardholder as held by the issuer. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon submission of your order to PicPax. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit card to use it.
No credit cards’ details will be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties except by our online payment gateway service provider.
We take reasonable care to make the Website secure. Rest assured that your card number will be protected using SSL (Secure Socket Layer). SSL is a security technology that encrypts your card details and provides a secure connection between Internet browsers and websites, allowing you to transmit private data online. We take reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.


The products on sale on the Site are subject to acceptance and availability. If for any reason following the placement of an order for product(s), we are unable to supply a particular product, we will inform you as soon as possible, at this time you may cancel that item for a refund or your total order if you so wish.
The maximum number of units permitted to be ordered at one time is 10 (ten) units of each product line item. Subject to stock availability.
All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for all reasons including inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that delivery restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the Terms and Conditions or any other problem identified by us.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email/SMS acknowledging the placement of your order. This email/SMS is not an acceptance of your order, it is a confirmation that we have received it.
Unless canceled, acceptance of your order will be acknowledged upon completion of the packing of your order by us. Completion of the contract between you and PicPax Pharmacy will be confirmed when we dispatch the products to you, at which time you will receive a second email/SMS confirming that your order has been dispatched. The sale contract is therefore concluded in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and the language of the contract is English. 
We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from the site, whether or not that product has been sold, removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the site, refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
By confirming your purchase at the end of the order process, you agree to accept and pay the full amount payable for the product(s) as set out in your order, including any delivery charges applicable to that order.


We completely understand that sometimes you might change your mind regarding your purchase with us. If you do so, you must cancel the online order or contact our Call Centre team in the United Arab Emirates prior to receiving your notification that your order has been dispatched from our premises. In case the order has already been dispatched, the cancelation will be treated as a return. Please refer to our Return section for further information. 

In the event you cancel one of our Subscription services, please note that we may still send you promotional communications about PicPax Pharmacy unless you opt-out of receiving those communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided therein.


Defective Items 

Our brands & partners follow tested control measures to ensure you receive the highest quality products and the products arrive in the right condition. However, in case you've received a damaged, defective or incorrect, product please either visit your nearest PicPax Pharmacy retail outlet to report this or contact us immediately through the options on the contact us page. The Product must be returned in the same condition you received it within 14 days of receipt. 

Product Information 

If you have any safety concerns or want to know further information about a product, please carefully read the information provided with the product or contact the manufacturer. Content on this Site is not available as a substitute for advice given by a medical practitioner, pharmacist, or other licensed healthcare professional.  Information and statements about products are not intended to be used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. Please contact your healthcare provider immediately if you suspect that you have a medical problem. PicPax Pharmacy accepts no liability for inaccuracies or misstatements about products by manufacturers or other third parties.


We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Sites (or any features or parts thereof) or the provision of the Products at any time and without liability therefor as a part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice to you. Any modifications of these Terms and Conditions will be effective once published on our Website. Your continued use of the Website (or any of our other websites) following such change shall signify your agreement to be bound by the modified Terms and Conditions. Please read the Terms and Conditions and check back often. If you are not in agreement with any of our Terms and Conditions, then you must immediately discontinue using our Website.
